Garlic -chili paneer Appetizer 


Garlic chili paneer is a spicy ,garlicky snack made with less ingredients .
It’s great as an appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

200 grams – Paneer/cottage cheese
4 tablespoons – all purpose flour/maida
1/2 tsp – salt,
2 tsp – garlic paste,
1 tsp – chili powder,
2 tsp – ketchup,
1 tsp – Italian herbs,
2 -3 Tsp – water
Oil, chat powder
1/4 tsp – soda(optional)


Description

Cut paneer into thin slices.

In a bowl, mix all purpose flour/maida,salt ,chili powder,grated garlic,ketchup,Italian herbs.

Add water and make a thick paste.

Coat and Leave the(marinate )paneer slices in the mixture for about 5 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan at a medium heat,Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil.

When oil gets hot,add marinated paneer slices and cook till golden brown.

Flip and cook the other side.

Sprinkle some chat powder and enjoy with some coriander chutney.
