Fig milkshake with almonds ,honey ,milk and avocado is a delicious drink.
Rich in iron,calcium,potassium etc..
Tastes awesome and can be prepared in 2 minutes.
10 to 12 – fresh figs,
5 to 6 – almonds,
1/2 small – Avocado,
2 tablespoons – honey
1 cup – whole milk
Wash and cut the stem of fresh fig. Peel the skin(optional).
In a blender,mix fig,almonds,avocado,honey and milk. Blend until smooth .
Pour to cups and enjoy the delicious and healthy drink.
⁃ Can use dried figs but soak them in warm water for an hour
before putting in the blender.
⁃ Add more milk if required
