Ice cream truffles

Chocolate and Ice cream with favorite toppings, It’s a Desert to die for!!

Everyone love this and can be made with zero effort. Can be done few days ahead and can be served on any occasion.

Can try with different flavors ice creams.

What’s your favorite Ice cream??

Ingredients

Vanilla Ice cream or any flavor,
Semi sweet white chocolate/ chocolate chips,
2 tablespoons – coconut oil/vegetable oil,
Crushed nuts ,sprinkles or your favorite toppings,
Wax /parchment paper

Description

Take a freezer safe tray,line with wax or parchment paper and place in freezer for 15 mins.

Remove tray from freezer,scoop round balls of Ice cream using small Ice cream scoop or melon scoop.

Arrange on the tray and freeze for 30 mins or more if required.

Take chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl and melt chocolate in 20 mins interval until it melts. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to it and mix well to smooth and silky.

Using fork and spoon,Dip the frozen Ice cream balls into the melted chocolate and immediately take out to the lined tray..

repeat with the remaining Ice cream balls.

Sprinkle your favorite toppings before chocolate hardens.

Freeze the decorated truffles for 2 hours until firm.

Store Ice cream truffles in air tight container and keep frozen.

Tip – work quickly before Ice cream melts and remelt chocolate for few seconds if it’s getting harden in middle of the process .
